Investcorp India Acquisition Closes $258.75M IPO

Investcorp India Acquisition closed its initial public offering of 25.875 million units at $10 each, including 3.375 million units pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option.

Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a warrant. When the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list on the Nasdaq under the symbols IVCA and IVCAW.

Credit Suisse was sole book-running manager for the offering.

As its name suggests, the SPAC intends to focus its search for a target located in India in industries that have a high-potential for growth and for generating strong returns. Read more.
