The SPAC in its latest 8-K filed an investor presentation highlighting its proposed merger with AerSale, a global provider of aviation aftermarket products and services. The deal would give the combined company an enterprise value of $300 million. The deal was first announced nearly a year ago, while Monocle last month received shareholder approval to extend the merger deadline to Feb. 11.
