Investindustrial Acquisition said in a filing underwriters exercised their full overallotment option to purchase 5,250,000 units, generating gross proceeds of $52.5 million. Simultaneously with the exercise in full of the Over-Allotment Option, the SPAC said it also sold an additional 700,000 Private Placement warrants to its sponsor, generating $1.05 million.
