Financials Acquisition Raises £150M in IPO on London Exchange

Financials Acquisition, a SPACs focused on insurance technology, completed its LSE listing, raising £150 million from an IPO, Global Legal Chronicle reports.

The company estimates that the net proceeds will be about £155 million, and the company intends to focus primarily on technology enabled companies or businesses operating principally in (or adjacent to) the insurance or broader financial services industry.

Ordinary Shares and Warrants issued in the IPO have been admitted to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE.

Barclays Bank, HSBC Bank and Numis Securities Limited were joint global coordinators and underwriters. Read more
