Relativity Acquisition shares and warrants may be traded separately a of today, the SPAC said.
Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbols RACY and RACYW. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol RACYU.
Relativity Acquisition intends to focus on businesses in the legalized cannabis industry, including related industries such as consumer packaged goods, health & wellness, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and brand management.
