Zanite Acquisition in an 8-K filing said it had incressed its PIPE funding by $2.3 million in support of its proposed merger with Eve Air Mobility. A unit of plane maker Embraer, Eve’s merger with the SPAC would value the combined company at $2.4 billion.
As announced in December, the transaction would deliver approximately $512 million in cash to Eve. The final consideration will hinge on redemptions and any additional funding the SPAC may acquire. Read more.
