byNordic Acquisition Closes Fully-Exercised Over-Allotment Option; IPO Raises $172.5M 

byNordic Acquisition announced that the underwriters in its initial public offering fully exercised their over-allotment option by purchasing an additional 2.25 million units at the IPO price, bringing the total gross proceeds to $172.5 million.

Units list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol BYNOU. Each consists of one share and one-half of a warrant. When the securities begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under the symbols BYNO and BYNOW.

The SPAC intends to focus on identifying high technology growth companies in the northern part of Europe. Read more.
