LF Capital in a filing said shareholders during a Dec. 21 virtual meeting will vote whether to extend the SPAC’s business combination deadline from from Dec. 22 to Jan. 22. The extension would give the SPAC more time to complete its proposed merger with Landsea, according to the proxy filing. A Dec. 14 vote on the merger was announced by the SPAC two days ago.
