The SPAC said merger partner Clever Leaves, a multi-national operator and licensed producer of pharmaceutical-grade cannabinoids, has entered into a $4 million commercial agreement with pharmaceutical company GreenCare to license and distribute certain Clever Leaves’ white label cannabis-derived products.
