Generation Asia I Acquisition Limited priced its IPO of 20 million units at $10 each.
Units begin trading today on the NYSE under the symbol GAQ.U. Each consists of a share and one-half of a warrant.
The TMT-focused SPAC will target companies across Asia, excluding China, Hong Kong and Macau.
The offering is expected to close Jan. 24.
