Consilium Acquisition Prices Upsized $165M IPO

Consilium Acquisition I priced its initial public offering of 16.5 million units at $10 each, an increase of 1.5 million more units than expected

The units listed on the Nasdaq and begin trading today under the ticker symbol CSLMU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share, one right and one-half of a warrant. Once the securities begin separate trading, shares, rights and warrants are expected to be listed under the symbols CSLM, CSLMR and CSLMW, respectively.

The SPAC intends to search for a target business operating in “new economy sectors”, broadly defined as technology, financial services, or media, and that are located in frontier growth markets.
