Spree Acquisition 1 Limited priced its initial public offering of 17.5 million units at $10 per unit. The units list on the New York Stock Exchange and begin trading today under the symbol SHAPU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The blank check intends to focus its search on mobility-related technology businesses.
