Pearl Holdings Acquisition Prices $175M IPO

Pearl Holdings Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 17.5 million units at $10 each. The units list on the Nasdaq and begin trading today under the ticker symbol PRLHU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The blank check company intends to focus its search for a target business in global consumer-focused industries, including companies that participate in the lifestyle, technology, healthcare and wellness sectors.
