Blue Ocean Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 16.5 million units at $10 each. Units list on the Nasdaq and begin trading today under BOCNU.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.
Blue Ocean intends to focus its search for a target business or businesses in the digital media and consumer internet industries.
The offering is expected to close Dec. 7.
