AvePoint, the largest data management solutions provider for the Microsoft cloud, announced today that it has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Apex Technology Acquisition. If approved, the combined company would have an estimated market value of approximately $2 billion. The deal includes a fully committed PIPE of $140 million. AvePoint said expects to generate approximately $148 million in revenue for fiscal 2020, which would be an increase of approximately 26% over 2019. Read more.
