Longevity announced that it has elected to extend the date for completing a business combination from Nov. 30 to May 29. The SPAC has a proposed business combination with 4D pharma announced in October. The extension gives the parties time to fulfill the remaining conditions to the merger, including 4D’s filing of a registration statement to apply for its American Depositary Shares to trade on the Nasdaq.
