Better For You Wellness, formerly Fast Track Solutions, entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire beauty products company Cannuka, based in Columbus, Ohio.
Founded in 2017, Cannuka beauty products contain cannabidiol (CBD), which is also used in medical marijuana.
Cannuka products are sold direct-to-consumer via its website and through select retailers.
