Global Technology Acquisition I Prices Upsized $175M IPO

Global Technology Acquisition I priced its IPO of 17.5 million units at $10 each, an increase of 2.5 million units over the initial registration in July. Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under GTACU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The SPAC intends to focus on technology companies that operate in the marketplace, financial technology and Software-as-a-Service verticals within Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Citigroup and Goldman Sachs are joint book-running managers for the offering. The underwriters’ over-allotment option is for the purchase of up to an additional 2.625 million units. Read more.
