Sanaby Health Acquisition I Closes $172.5M IPO

Sanaby Health Acquisition I closed its IPO as well as the exercise of the over-allotment option in full by the underwriters, resulting in the sale of 17.25 million units at $10 each.

Sanaby Health intends to identify opportunities in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital health, life science tools and services, and innovative therapeutics.
