Horizon Plans NYSE Delisting; Will List Vivid Seats on Nasdaq Pending Deal Approval

Horizon Acquisition0plans to delist from the NYSE and list merger partner Vivd Seats on the Nasdaq if the SPAC’s stockholders approve the deal Oct. 14.

Vivid Seats shares and warrants would then trade under SEAT and SEAT WS. Trading is currently expected to begin Oct. 19 on the Nasdaq.

Until the business combination is complete, Horizon’s Class A ordinary shares, warrants and units will continue to trade under HZAC, HZAC WS and HZAC.U on the NYSE. The transition is subject to the closing of the business combination and fulfillment of all Nasdaq listing requirements.

Horizon expects the last day of trading on the NYSE to be Oct. 18. Read more.
