Tech SPAC Trepont Files for $200M IPO

Trepont in the filing said it plans to list on the NYSE under TACA.U. The SPAC said it will target technology companies including software, communications, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, analytics, 5G, IoT, cloud computing and security. Read more.

The decision to terminate came about two weeks after the SPAC's shareholders had approved the deal.
