Sila Realty Trust in Direct Listing Begins Trading on NYSE

Sila Realty Trust (NYSE: SILA), a net lease real estate investment trust with a strategic investment focus on the healthcare sector, announced that its shares have been listed and commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SILA.

The REIT now has a market cap of $958.7 million. Shares were trading early this afternoon at $22.60, down 0.46%.

Sila said it maintains a strong balance sheet with approximately $590 million in liquidity and a net debt leverage ratio of approximately 20.5%, as of March 31. The company said it has ample capacity to scale and grow to over $3 billion in enterprise value.
