Chenghe II Prices $75M IPO

Chenghe Acquisition II today announced the pricing of its IPO of 7.5 million units at $10 each. The units begin listing today on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol CHEB.U. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one-half of a warrant, with whole warrants exercisable for a share at $11.50.

The new SPAC intends to focus on growing companies in Asian markets or global companies with a presence or focus in Asia, including China.

Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants will list on the NYSE American under the symbols CHEB and CHEB.WS.

The offering is being led by Cohen & Company Capital Markets as the lead book-running manager, Seaport Global Securities as joint book runner, with Revere Securities, Chenghe Capital Management and Webull Financial acting as co-managers for the offering. Read more.
