DUET Acquisition said it deposited $40,000 into trust, allowing the company to extend its business combination by one month from May 24 to June 24.
DUET in December announced a deal with Fenix 360 Pte Ltd. at a $610 million enterprise value. The target is a global social media company incorporated in Singapore that is designed to provide artists and creators with enhanced compensation, tools and control.
