Vancouver-based Mayfair Acquisition announced that its November deal agreement with Boa Gold. Common shares of Mayfair are expected to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of the market April 5.
Mayfair said it will continue to identify and evaluate prospective business opportunities for the completion of its qualifying transaction. The shell company has 8.4 million shares outstanding and last traded at CAD 0.15.
