LatAm Logistic Properties and blank-check company two, announced the closing of their merger. LatAm is a developer, owner and manager of institutional quality, Class A industrial and logistics real estate in Central and South America.
The SPAC’s shareholders approved the deal March 25.
LatAm shares began trading today on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol LPA.
Terms called for LatAm Logistic to receive 28.6 million shares valued at $10 each, with a minimum cash closing condition of $25 million, which assumed 70% redemptions by the SPAC’s public shareholders.
