Biotech Group Acquisition in a regulatory filing said its withdrawing an initial public offering for 7.5 million units that were to be priced at $10 each.
The SPAC initially registered an offering of 10 million units in April 2022, later reduced to 7.5 million units in an amended registration statement filed last June.
Biotech Group had planned to focus on the biotechnology sector in North America and the Asia-Pacific region (excluding China, Hong Kong and Macau).
