Mountain & Co. I Acquisition in a Schedule 13G disclosed that Wolverine Asset Management no longer owns any shares in the blank-check company. The Wolverine fund at one point owned 10,377 shares of the SPAC’s stock.
Mountain & Co. I earlier this month secured shareholder approval to extend its completion deadline to November. The SPAC in a filing said 3,133,293 shares were redeemed out of 11,513,065 Class A shares outstanding.
Mountain & Co. I has a deal to acquire the media division of Spanish soccer club FC Barcelona. The deal was announced last year with terms calling for a minimum of €50 million to close, later reduced to €40 million. Read more.
