INFINT Acquisition Wins Another Extension on Seamless Deal

INFINT Acquisition in an 8-K said shareholders voted in favor of extending the SPAC’s completion deadline to Nov. 23. This provides additional time as INFINT works to complete its merger agreement with global fintech platform Seamless Group.

The SPAC did not cite redemption figures, if any.

At the last extension vote in August 2023 redemptions removed about 23% of the cash in trust, leaving $81.8 million.

Seamless operates in more than 150 countries.

The deal was announced in August 2022 at a $400 million enterprise value. Read more.
