Bayview Acquisition Shares & Warrants May Now Trade Separately

Bayview Acquisition announced that its shares and rights may trade separately starting today. Units continue to trade on the Naadaq under the symbol BAYAU. Separated shares and rights trade under the symbols BAYA and BAYAR. The SPAC closed its $60 million IPO last week.

Bayview intends to pursue a business combination with companies in Asia, including China.
