Nukkleus said it closed its merger with Brilliant Acquisition. The deal values Nukkleus at around $105 million.
Nukkleus stock and warrants are expected to begin trading today on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbols NUKK and NUKKW.
New Jersey-based Nukkleus offers software to process exchanges of crypto and foreign currencies as well as contracts for differences (CFDs).
Following the domestication, and prior to effectiveness of the merger, each outstanding public unit of Brilliant was converted into one share, one right and one warrant to purchase common stock of the combined company, with any fractional rights and warrants issued in connection with such separation rounded down to the nearest whole right or warrant.
The merger agreement was announced in February 2022 and originally valued at $140 million, which was later adjusted. Read more.
