Focus Impact Acquisition (FIAC) in an 8-K said its shareholder meeting to consider a deadline extension has been postponed until Dec. 29 at 10 a.m. Eastern “to allow additional time for FIAC to engage with its stockholders.”
The SPAC wants to move its completion deadline from Jan. 1 to April 1, 2024.
