Crescera Capital Acquisition in an 8-K said its board has decided to redeem shares and liquidate the blank-check company effective Dec. 6 because it will not complete a deal by deadline. The filing did not state a redemption price for shares.
The Nasdaq delisted Crescera Capital shares in July and the SPAC has traded OTC since then.
