Chavant Capital Acquisition Calls Meeting to Vote on Mobix Deal

Mobix Labs and Chavant Capital Acquisition announced that the registration statement on their proposed merger has been declared effective by the SEC. The SPAC scheduled a Dec. 14 meeting at 10 a.m. Eastern for shareholders to vote on the deal.

Mobix is a semiconductor company developing disruptive next-generation connectivity technologies for 5G infrastructure, satellite communications and defense industries.

Announced a year ago this month, the transaction includes $30 million fully committed common stock PIPE. In addition, Mobix Labs has signed a non-binding term sheet with B. Riley Principal Capital for a $100 million equity line of credit.
