Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Files for $300M IPO

Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition registered to raised $300 million through an offering of 30 million units priced at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A share and one-half of a warrant.

The new SPAC said it will focus on targets across the agriculture, renewable, infrastructure, upstream and industrial services sectors, especially companies engaged in the sustainability of the food system.

CEO Robert (Bert) Glover is the founder and managing director of Impact Ag, an asset management company founded in 1996 focused on farm management, business planning, animal welfare, natural capital and other nature-based solutions. Glover will also be a director of the SPAC upon completion of the IPO.

The SPAC intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing under the symbol ANSCU.
