ADC Acquisition, the United Arab Emirate’s first SPAC, established by ADQ and Chimera Investments, today announced that shareholders approved the business combination with United Printing & Publishing as well as a supporting PIPE transaction.
The merged company is expected to have AED 1.1 billion from the SPAC and PIPE fundraising (about $297 million). Read mire.
