Learn CW Investment in an 8-K said shareholders will now meet Oct. 11 at noon to consider a deadline extension. The meeting was initially scheduled for Oct. 10.
The SPAC wants to move its completion deadline back a year to Oct. 13, 2024. If approved, this would be Learn CW’s second extension period.
