Jaguar Global Shareholders Approve GLAAM/Captivision Combination

Jaguar Global Growth I today announced that its shareholders voted in favor of merging with GLAAM, a designer and manufacturer of architectural media glass, and Captivision.

Over 79% of the votes cast were in favor of approving the business combination, the SPAC said. Redemptions, if any, and a closing date have not been announced.

The combined company will be known as Captivision, with shares and warrants expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the proposed ticker symbols CAPT and CAPTW.

As announced in March, the deal has a pro forma enterprise value of $309 million.

Seoul, South Korea-based GLAAM manufactures an integrated architectural IT product, G-Glass, that combines architectural glass with customizable, large-scale digital media display capabilities. Read more.
