Artemis Strategic Investment filed a registration statement outlining its proposed business combination with Danam Health, a health services technology and pharmaceutical distribution company. The target is developing a healthcare ecosystem model designed to bring efficiency to the issuance of prescriptions and promote medication compliance.
Announced last month, the transaction has a pro forma enterprise value of approximately $200 million. The deal was announced tow months after Artemis terminated a merger agreement with British gametech company Novibet. Read more.
