Global System Dynamics today announced that the stockholders meeting scheduled for July 31 to consider a deadline extension has been postponed to Aug. 7 at 10 a.m. Eastern. If approved, the measure would extend the SPAc’s deal deadline up to Feb. 9, 2024 in monthly increments. The proposal does not include furth contributions to the SPAC’s trust.
Global System Dynamics has a deal in place with DarkPulse, which utilizes advanced technologies, including patented dark-pulse BOTDA laser-based critical infrastructure monitoring systems, to create the foundational technology for the operation of smart cities.
As announced in December, terms call for DarkPulse to receive up to approximately $121 million from the cash held in trust by Global System Dynamics. That amount assumes no redemptions. Read more.
