Frontier Investment in an amended proxy said last Friday’s shareholder meeting to vote on an extension proposal was moved to June 22, although the chairman has now decided to push the vote date back to June 29. Redemptions may now be tendered until June 27.
The SPAC’s current termination deadline is July 6. The extension proposal, if approved, would move the deadline to July 2024.
