Frontier Investment in an amended proxy filing said its June 16 shareholders meeting to vote on an extension proposal will be postponed until June 22 at 9 a.m. EST. The redemption deadline has been moved to June 20 at 5 p.m.
The SPAC’s current termination deadline is July 6. The extension proposal, if approved, would move the deadline to July 2024.
Frontier Investment raised $200 million almost two years ago to focus on the technology, digital media, e-commerce, financial technology, or digital services sectors. Read more.
