Brigade-M3 European Acquisition today said it will not conclude a business combination before its June 14 deadline. As a result, the board will initiate redemption of shares.
Since the SPAC became listed on Euronext Amsterdam in December 2021, Brigade-M3 “has been searching for a target to consummate a business combination,” the company said in a statement. “During this period, the company has investigated various potential targets and held explorative talks with a selection of them, but despite extensive efforts to date, the company has not been able to find a suitable target.” Read more.
