Digital Health Acquisition said it has pushed back its merger deadline by three months to Aug. 8. The extension is the second of three additional three-month extensions permitted under the company’s governing documents. The SPAC deposited the required $350,000 extension fee into trust.
Digital Health has mergers pending with VSee Lab, a telehealth software company, and iDoc Telehealth, a neurocritical care and intensive care telehealth provider.
The SPAC since January has added two backstops and securites purchase agreements to support the deals. Read more.
