Malaysia-based DUET Acquisition announced that it terminated a merger agreement with Anteco Systems, S.L (dba AnyTech365). DUET in a statement said it will seek an alternative business combination.
AnyTech365 is engaged in IT security and support.
The $287 million deal was announced last July.
