Pacific Century and Thiel Capital’s Bridgetown 3 Holdings in a letter to the SEC today said it will withdraw an offering of 20 million units, which was down from the 26 million initially registered in May 2021.
Bridgetown 3 had planned to focus on targets with operations or prospective operations in the new economy sector in Southeast Asia, excluding companies in China.
Bridgetown 3 is overseen by Paypal founder Peter Thiel and Richard Li, who founded investment group Pacific Century. Read more.
