Periphas Capital Partnering said it will liquidate and redeem shares starting Dec. 21. Periphas said the per-share redemption price will be announced later.
The SPAC raised $360 million in an IPO two years ago. At the time, Periphas cited managements’ experience in technology-enabled businesses, business services, industrials and consumer industries, which were cited as potential targests for a business combination. Read more.
