JOFF Fintech Acquisition today announced it will dissolve, effective immediately. The per-share redemption price was not announced.
The SPAC raised $360 million in a February 2021 IPO with plans to target fintech businesses with an enterprise value of approximately $700 million to $2 billion.
JOFF is led by CEO and Chairman Joel Leonoff, who is also vice chairman of Paysafe, a UK based global payments company. Read more.
