A day after announcing it had called off a merger agreement, Americas Technology Acquisition said this morning it will liquidate, effective Dec. 17. The per-share redemption price is expecgted to be approximately $10.59.
The SPAC yesterday disclosed that it had terminated a deal with Rally Communitas by mutual agreement.
Rally Communitas is a technology company for mass mobility in the United States doing business under the “Rally” and “OurBus” brands.
That deal, announced in June, valued Rally at pro forma enterprise value of $208 million.
The SPAC raised $100 million in a November 2020 IPO and had secured three deadline extensions since then. Read more.
