BYTE Acquisition said its shareholders meeting originally scheduled for Dec. 20 is being postponed to a later date. The company expects to hold the meeting closer to its merger deadline, which is March 23, 2023.
According to a proxy filed in November, the main purpose of the delayed meeting is for shareholders to vote on a termination deadline extension until Sept. 25, 2023.
